Unlike many direct-to-card ID card printers the Entrust Sigma DS2 has a colour ribbon that is PETG ID card friendly. Printing on PETG ID cards with DTC ID Printers is not normally possible due to the colour run, but this ribbon allows you to print expert quality photo ID onto PETG ID cards, with a direct-to-card ID card printer, as well as providing a transparent protective panel to extend print quality and reduce reprint costs.
